Free 30-day Return Policy

We have a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For your peace of mind, we offer FREE returns for orders placed with Standard Mail (2-10 business days)* and within 30 days of delivery, as based on the carrier’s tracking for returns within the contiguous United States. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us, and a representative will set up a return for a FULL refund.

Print your label out and use it to ship the order back. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Once the order is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the same method of payment. 
Please note that orders must be returned to us within 30 days of setting up a return. All returns after 30 days from setting up a return from the original purchase date will either be charge a actual return fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artificially damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Orders After 30 days Return Policy
All of our Linford Office products are backed by a LIFETIME 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from Linford Office is covered from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund--your choice. Simply email or call one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. Concerns made known after the one-year period will be issued store credit. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.

Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages

Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.

Exchange

Purchase the wrong cartridge? As long as it’s unopened and in sellable condition we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
